Understanding the Service
MIREMS (Multilingual International Research and Ethnic Media Services) offers curated ethnic and international media content to businesses, governments, and institutions. Their service requires handling complex multilingual media data, consultant bookings, and custom client subscriptions.The platform was functional but outdated—navigation was scattered, user flows were inconsistent, and there was no onboarding, no free trial, and poor visibility into subscription value.
Problem We Set Out to Solve
Most users dropped off because they had to rebook the same services repeatedly every week. This made the experience tedious and increased the risk of churn, especially among busy pet parents.
What We Built
The admin panel was overloaded with fragmented modules, making it difficult for internal teams to manage clients, reports, and content efficiently.The client portal was unintuitive and lacked self-service features, hurting engagement.There was no free trial flow, no guided onboarding, and little visibility into consultant bookings or deliverables—especially on mobile.
